    Where's those figures?

OK so adjust everything to £9.95 a person. For arguments sake lets say that is the case for both sixfields and the Ricoh: 2500 fans at sixfields at £9.95 each + £3 per head F&B = £24875 + £7500 = £32,375 per game. 10000 fans at the Ricoh at £9.95 each + £0 per head F&B = £99,500 per game...

    Can someone confirm....

Very true - So from that I assume there is no issue with renting from the council?

    Can someone confirm....

I think we have all got a bit too caught up in all of this now. Remember when we used to just go and watch football, and maybe complain about the price of the pies and Kevin Kyle? If this gets us back to Coventry then im not gonna sit and moan about who owns what or any of the past, because...

    Where's those figures?

I agree there is a lot more to it, I just used the ticket prices that are listed. So simple stuff really. I'm not in business nor do I claim to have any business knowledge, so I am quite happy for someone more in the know to take what I did and rip it apart to make it more accurate. But yes...

When they announce the Ricoh deal who's going?

    1. No I am not on crack. I think There is a potential that they have made money out of us. You have the opinion that they haven't and that is fine. I'm not here to try and convince people to convert to my opinion, just trying to provoke thought about the possibility. 2. I have said "I think"...

    Where's those figures?

I tried to do a bit of simple maths on a thread a while ago, similar to OKP. This is what I came up with ....... Then Godiva asked me to include if they had agreed to the £150,000 a year rent for 10 years, stayed there for 5 but had to pay a "get out fee" for every year they didnt play there...

When they announce the Ricoh deal who's going?

For example could a management fee charge for in the region of £2-3 million a year be classed as them making money? Just a thought ......

    A Question, What happens if...?

It's a difficult one because SISU may offer less than someone else, but without CCFC at the Ricoh it has to be effecting the local economy! At the end of the day it would be down to the council vote.

    A Question, What happens if...?

From what PWKH said, and as is reasonable to believe, the council could not just straight up sell to SISU, so yes if a higher offer came in it would have to be considered.

When they announce the Ricoh deal who's going?

Can we be sure of that?

When they announce the Ricoh deal who's going?

Well like I said, I don't know much about business, but from my point of view why would you buy yourself out again from admin, continue to lose money but streamline the business just so you can sell "something someone may actually want to buy". They had the perfect oppurtunity to get out in...

When they announce the Ricoh deal who's going?

Ok maybe my choice of words wasn't great either. I don't necessarily believe that they will liquidate the club, however I think there is a possibility. I don't know much about how business works so I am not going to suggest anything as fact. However from rumours I have heard, and looking at...

When they announce the Ricoh deal who's going?

Explain how it makes no sense? Who is creating crimes against the club? I don't think that is the correct choice of words.

When they announce the Ricoh deal who's going?

I personally also think they would rather liquidate than sell cheap and "admit defeat". Liquidation as is being proven currently can hide quite a lot. They could quite easilly make as much money as they could and then liquidate. Im not going to dare suggest that SISU have taken more money out of...

    Question for PWKH

How dare you just take what you want from a statement to use it to your advantage! Just to clarify for all, this was the full statement: I think you will find this tells a completely different story!
