Not this season as they are redeveloping the main stand so away fans only get 1600 and no neutral zone.

Just had a quick look at the only team to take more than 1K to Blackburn all season was WBA with 2,359.

I'd say over half the allocation was sold to phase 1.

Sales must be pretty good as block S03 sold out. I might be wrong but i believe the initial allocation of 2,794 is blocks S03 & S04 so over half sold already.

He won't be back until Thursday afternoon and then the team will head up to Blackburn on Friday so it will be almost 2 weeks with no training at City. No but the initial 2K allocation is still on sale until lunch time so obviously not sold that. I don't believe they travel in big numbers.
