How bad is it though that the people we elect to supposedly run the city in our interest, care so little about a civic asset (and one of the oldest organisations in the city) that it makes a man who was once described as Britain's worst employer look favourable to our club?

Plus it was £37 for an early round tie. To be honest, if we had sold out that game, but then none of the more important league games then I would've been disappointed. Lets face it, its Micky Mouse to get a huge crowd for a cup game just because its a PL team, to then have the crowd drop by...

Royal Mail/Post Office consider us Warwickshire anyway. If you ever get a receipt from a Coventry Post Office it will always have the branch address as Warwickshire

The club realised in the late 90s as to where football was going. Had we not gone down in 2001, HR would've been very restrictive by about 2004. It was right to look at a new ground, its just how it was managed that was the problem

Our lowest crowd this season was 24.5k (against Blackburn) with only about 1k away fans. A PL fixture would've seen 3k away fans so that would instantly have lifted it to a 26.5k crowd. That's only 5k off capacity. Not unrealistic at all to expect crowds to rise by 5k

    Roll call

Do you think performances and effort levels have been acceptable prior to yesterday?

    Roll call

If a team is capable of playing well and they aren’t playing well, then I don’t think it’s unreasonable to point this out

    Roll call

So they suddenly gained all that ability just yesterday?

    Roll call

The fact we played so well yesterday supports what people have been saying. The players are capable, and haven’t been trying

But that is why it’s important to not write this season off yet. We have to finish as high as possible and not carry the negativity into the summer

    Some of our fans

The problem is next season many fans won’t respond to the hype that the club will inevitably push and we won’t sell 22k season tickets

    Some of our fans

I can’t speak for the 80s, but I remember the 90s and it was no different to now. When the team tried they were supported and praised. When they couldn’t be arsed they were booed and criticised

    Robins Out Poll pt3

If the project was my responsibility it would be down to me to make it very clear that the staff were not up to it

    Where we will finish?

Interesting that most people think we’ll improve. What is it that people are expecting to change?

    Robins Out Poll pt3

No one likes it All of us would love Robins to be successful. He will always be a hero no matter what happens. But we have to face facts that where we are right now isn’t acceptable, and unless something changes (up for people to debate what that change is) we will be relegated

    Robins Out Poll pt3

If we lose to Luton then I think it’s time. Not least to protect his own legacy. If we go down we will be back to where he found us, which means he will have made no significant improvement to the playing side of the club

    Robins Out Poll pt3

If I was given £45m to initiate a special project at work and it turned out to be a disaster then I would lose my job. Regardless of how well I’d previously worked

I always admire someone when they measure their recovery time in beer :ROFLMAO:

I wish you well with it. I'm lucky enough to have never needed major surgery, however I've heard that when recovering you're only supposed to do boring things, so attending may aid your recovery?
