Just listened to the link of the interview in CWR. So is this guy in a dream world? Is he genuine and he can actually buy the club? Is he playing the worlds biggest ever prank? Or is he downright lying for personal gain? I really can't tell which one of the above he is.

I don't disagree as such. No body especially westminster thought brexit would happen and never planned for it. I always and genuinely believed brexit would happen last year but I was worried by the lack of procedures in place should it happen and then it did.
