Renting is better than buying if you don't have enough money to buy or build. Financing a new stadium does not stack up.

They can get those benefits with CCFC being tenants, with the added bonus of not having to share the income. If Wasps think they can make money, there is no reason why they would want other shareholders involved.

Its not unusual to value a deal in this way, as long as the different components are detailed then it's not spin, but certainly different people may interpret things differently.
