    Nothing Has Changed!

Fisher says rental works in this league, says we're cashflow positive for the first time in 15 years. Why do you think Fisher is lying?

    Nothing Has Changed!

If it's successful they would be mad to want to share ownership, and I'm not sure that anyone who is posting that they will struggle isn't hoping more than expecting, but I agree our current owners need to try a different approach, one where they try and work more with people rather than...

    Those of you with bricks

Giving money to the club, remembering loved ones, weird shit like that.

    Nothing Has Changed!

Agree with that Stu, IMO I'm happy if Higgs have got out with a deal that is acceptable for them, but the Council needed to take a long term view and keep their 50%, they must know SISU won't be here forever, but now the chances of any new owner getting partial ownership of ACL is minuscule at...

    CCFC statement

Have you worked out the interest on the cost of building a stadium and buying land, it's makes a rent of £1.3m look cheap.

    CCFC statement

Renting is better than buying if you don't have enough money to buy or build. Financing a new stadium does not stack up.

CCC and Higgs Charity have destroyed our club

The Council gave the club 50% when the stadium was built, the club selling it was the start of the problem.

    The Community Partnership Document

I was at kpmg the other day, they said they did the due diligence work. They clammed up when I appeared interested, so if anyone knows anyone at B'ham kpmg maybe you could make some discreet enquiries.

Have they bid any more, looks less to me, especially when you add a few 50p's in. I'm surprised SISU didn't bid more, they must have known it would be rejected so why not bid £4m or £5m, then the rejection would look worse for Higgs, now it looks like they accepted the better offer.

    The Community Partnership Document

looks very vague, at least a new word appears to have been invented though, communiversity.

CCFC Ltd administrator charges over £444k

It's unlikely that Appleton will bite the hand that feeds him. TF will be as innocent as Qatar have been shown to be.

You are SBT's version of Mr Tourette, do you write for modern toss?

    JPT Area Final

Thats right, you'd hope they realise after Crewe and Gillingham they got the pricing wrong, and the Gillingham pricing caused the club all sorts of problems with queuing and on line hassle.

My plea to the Higgs trust plus response

They can get those benefits with CCFC being tenants, with the added bonus of not having to share the income. If Wasps think they can make money, there is no reason why they would want other shareholders involved.

    Some basic ricoh questions

Depends what the assets are worth, a business could have £100m of loans and still be worth £200m.

    Some basic ricoh questions

I haven't seen it confirmed anywhere, TF mentioned it in the SCG minutes, but he may not be totally correct. Not sure what would be best for Wasps, the interest from the Council may be lower, but maybe they want control through another company.

    Some basic ricoh questions

Its not unusual to value a deal in this way, as long as the different components are detailed then it's not spin, but certainly different people may interpret things differently.
