On paper their squad is very impressive; as were some of the Jan signings they made. But it did seem like too many players to bring in when they were already doing okay. The timing of signing that many players seemed a little premature / desperate to me, like surely bring in one maybe two max...

It is not critical for us to win tomorrow. Don’t get me wrong, it would be great. But it’s far from critical.

Was the Preston - Milwall game on sky? Can’t begin to imagine how they market / advertise a fixture like that. Two of the smelliest, dullest perennial Championship teams battling it out for mid table glory?

Personally think we can attract better now and if we’re aiming for the Premier League, we should be setting our sights a little higher.

I agree that he’s largely no better than what we have, but Blackburn hardly play blood and thunder hoofball do they?!

I think to a degree but he’s a decent enough Championship CB and much better than Michael Rose who a lot on here thought was great.

I personally haven’t said that for a while. But in this instance I will only accept a win. If we don’t win I’m going to support a different team, maybe Preston.

This is where I was at. But when you see him focus on what he’s good at, he can be great. He’s another one I really like and want to do well. I like that he’s just a normal quiet bloke.

Get into him early doors, don’t let him have a touch of the ball. Boo him if he does. Protect the ball boys at all costs. Half and half scarves on sale in the club shop. Celebrate any goals directly in front of the Stoke dug out. That’s all I want.

Well neither are perfect, however both perform well more consistently than Latibeaudiere and Binks.
