    2,500 tickets sold for Saturday

Big surprise, there are SO many better things to do in Cov on a Saturday

    What formation would you play?

Never said I knew best. I will keep writing, watching and learning about football thanks. Continue to sit on the fence.

    What formation would you play?

Yep like all those journalists that give their opinion on football, you of course need to have played/coached/managed to understand how the game works. May as well shut down the forum Nick. What I am saying is true, their is substantial evidence to back it up. If you disagree with me, tell me...

    What formation would you play?

Not at all, my point is valid.

    What formation would you play?

As bad as he was, our U21s could beat Andorra comfortably.

    What formation would you play?

Before tonight they hadn't won in 51 games. They get beaten silly every game, it wasn't just that they couldn't score it was the fact they failed to create a lot of chances. This was due to the restrictive attacking nature of the 5-3-2.

    What formation would you play?

Anyone watching Wales struggling to break down Andorra playing 5-3-2. Like watching Cov.

    Ryan Haynes

McGlashan played right midfield previously for Cheltenham and has done so far for Gills. Also I want to hear more about this O'Neill lad we've signed??

    Ryan Haynes

People do need to come back down to earth regarding Haynes. He's clearly got some ability and has performed well so far, but getting the ball out of your feet and swinging in a cross is hardly revolutionary. Pugh already has three assists this season and I would be very surprised if Elvis didn't...

    Jim O'Brien, eating batteries?

Elvis gets rid of Baker, brings in better replacement. Surprise surprise.

    What formation would you play?

I'm not saying he would, but when I've seen him play he's very neat and tidy on the ball, has a decent delivery and offers more going forward than Jordan Clarke. If Haynes is being given a go ahead of Pugh, then Phillips should be ahead of Clarke.

    What formation would you play?

At this level it can work, Burnley won promotion to the Premier League playing like that last season.

    What formation would you play?

Well I can agree with you on that, Windows 8 is awful.
  16. LJC_CCFC

    What formation would you play?

Compare what we finished last season with: Clarke Webster Seabourne Willis With: Phillips Hines Johnson Haynes We would concede far far less goals and have a distinguished attacking threat. Play 5-3-2 against the top six away from home, but we should be going out to beat everyone else, not...

    What formation would you play?

How do you figure that then? Disagree but at least back it up with something substantial.

    What formation would you play?

    God I'm so annoyed

    What formation would you play?

Allsop Phillips Hines/Willis Reda Haynes/Pugh O'Brien Thomas Fleck Swanson/Coulibaly Jackson Nouble You could arguably play Haynes left mid if you wanted to be a bit cautious. For me that back four is so much stronger than last season (barring Christie). Reda clearly knows how to marshal a...

    What formation would you play?

Haynes yes (to an extent) but Clarke is no way a wing back, struggles as a full back tbh
