Labour group votes to approve £19.5m Ricoh sale to Wasps

Les Reid @Lesreidpolitics · 15h15 hours ago In other news, today's a good day. Timing can't be coincidence. With public action impending they knew game was up #justice Maybe Simon and Rob could shed more light on this ;)

Labour group votes to approve £19.5m Ricoh sale to Wasps

I am assuming the £19.5 mill is excluding the £14mill loan (effectively making it £33.5 million)? If not then it is fucking scandalous.

    Protest Tuesday

Of course. I would like to think that they would accommodate us for as long as we are interested (and at a good rate!), but currently there are far too many unanswered questions.

Not if ACL are viable without a club being there ;)

    Protest Tuesday

To be fair as a CCFC and CRFC fan myself (used to be a season ticket holder but now just go on odd occasions) I am more pissed off as a CCFC fan because the Ricoh is our home. The only way CRFC will suffer IMO is that a premiership rugby team is moving to Coventry, therefore basically exiling...

    Protest Tuesday

I would say they generally are not up in arms because the majority of CRFC supporters are now the hardcore ones who won't stop going to CRFC games at all, and may even go to a few wasps games as fans of the sport rather than anything else. Rugby fans are a slightly different breed I think. CCFC...

Mick Quinn: Deal with WASPS includes deal for CCFC to remain at Ricoh

I'm sure Tim mentioned about Courtaulds being the only site in Coventry big enough? Or did I imagine that. Not that they could do anything there now, as haven't they started building?

Wasps officials have held talks about making Ricoh permanent home

Far too many questions need answering ............ Why Coventry? Why not use the £30 million to build your own stadium in the London area? When will they move in? What will the stadium be called? Will they change the seats? Will they put the wasps badge all over the stadium? Will Wasps or CCFC...

Wasps officials have held talks about making Ricoh permanent home

We (fans of all) are being kept in the dark on far too much of this. Playing European games there was acceptable I think, but I don't see how this can be.

A point and a terrific perfomance say's Elvis

2nd half was worse than the Preston game. They would have ripped us a new one, but fortunately crawley are shit.

A shot went out for a throw-in. Sums up our 2nd half so far.

Yh 2 goals from nothing really. They have put us under no pressure at all. We are by far the better side but the usual "10 minute shutdown" may cost us the 3 points today if we don't come back out like we started.

Could do with the trust, KCIC and GCBTR promoting this.
