I don’t want Wilson to be starting but I think quietness might be the reason. Need some big personalities to pick the team up. That said, I would have Bassette on the pitch for the similar reasons.

I think it makes sense. It was a big game in a hostile ground. Dovin is a young guy getting used to the league and Wilson is a big character with more experience.

Various people getting the blame, new back room staff etc, but if MR has had personal issues as suggested (someone said a bereavement?) is just a case that his head isn’t in it atm and that is affecting the players? Perhaps his tactics aren’t cohesive and they’re confused resulting in perceived...
