I’ll be honest why go from MR > JE , that’s just crazy. Whilst don’t want Lampard you can see elements he may bring (albeit huge risk) just hope whoever it is - we’ve done a detailed process as they have got one hell of act to follow.

People have to realise a 7 year tenure will likely never happen again. Any new manager has a flight risk, average tenure of jobs currently 11 months. Whether successful or not, we are likely doing this again within 2 years.
