    Very good Guardian article

"MK Dons now appear to have a growing fanbase in an area where there is a good potential fanbase" - No they don't. They aren't liked even around MK... Fans around here are even more fickle than at Cov, and they give less of a shit cos they primarily support the London or Manchester teams. (I...

    Very good Guardian article

My first paragraph actually said why SISU wouldn't try to sell one without the other with SISUs reputation, but read it as you like.

    Very good Guardian article

Who in their right mind would purchase CCFC without the stadium knowing full well that they would somehow somewhere along the lines open themselves up to SISU court action for not dotting an i or crossing a t or something if SISU owned the said stadium and they would never get enough revenues to...

Do CCFC (not SISU) care about season ticket sales ?

I think i asked before and didn't see the reply; how did you get to that number?

    Hang your heads in shame

As an example look at Argos, they have c25000 employees throughout the year, most of which are on permanent contracts. Over the Christmas period they flex that up to c32000 made up of flexible temporary staff. Temporary contracts end in January after they launch their new catalogue.

    Cllr GGeorge Duggins

No I don't expect the council to sell anything without detailed plans. I would expect negotiations and questions from the council. Hopefully that is what the meetings are about... My question remains, why draw up detailed plans, if the land isn't available for sale? What were the plans you had...

    Rumour...

Don't matter. What does matter is how they package the club when they come to sell up. Who would buy a club (especially us) without a stadium?

    Cllr GGeorge Duggins

Are you being a numpty on purpose? SISU won't be submitting plans until they have an agreement to buy the proposed site. Else they would waste hundreds of thousands of pounds planning the build, then be beholding to the council not just for the planning permission, but to agree the land sale /...

Why would we be any different

First thing they would do is probably put the ACL or the club in admin and buy the footballing assets back from the adminstrators for a few million, writing off the bond debt and incurring a 10-15 point penalty from the EFL... Preferably, they could also offer to buy the bonds at a cut price...

Either let them progress as quickly as possible so the BS can be spotted quicker, or let them progress as quickly as possible so the stadium can be built and the football club can prosper...

    Woodlands

That don't really matter though... SISU will be responsible for the clubs losses... It only matters when SISU come to divest. But then who would be mad enough to buy a club without a stadium these days...
