I think you wrote this in a rush? The Registrars notice does not give any reason for the Warning - you are assuming it is for late filing. However, the accounts are "only" 5 weeks late - normally the CH Computer would not have sent out such a statement in such a short time As to why not filed...

What sort of "technicality" do you have in mind? Can I suggest the problem, what ever it is was known in March and it delayed the accounts being filed?

Not sure why that would prevent filing June 2021 accounts. Unless there was a fundamental change in process at signing date but that should have been reported
