Daily Mail :Billy Mckinley and Chris Wilder

Wilder got Oxford promoted out of the conference via the playoffs and then kept them midtable in league 2 for the past few seasons, not done much

    Zinedine Kilbane..

Quinn (i think) crossed from the left, but Blackman was the quickest to get to the backpost ahead of Kilbane and Hussey (i hope thats what he means)

6 home debutants in the same game

If you look at Sheffield Wednesday's results from last season, it took them around 8-9 games last season to really hit the ground running. They had around the same number of new signings as us, time will tell if when the team are gelled we also hit the ground running.

    McSheffrey

Macca has always been a slow starter even when he was on top form. If he stays fit should see the best of him after 7 or 8 games.

    sounds like husseys gone then...

I think he proved last season he isn't good enough in the championship defensively yet, i think a year in league one could do him the world of good.

Thorn: No go for Bruno, Another trialist today and hopefully Barton

Ahh i see. To be fair, before Bell got his injury he was very highly rated at Luton (i think). You can see he was worth a punt.
