Loads of players in box = wall in front of goal! I agree with you generally though as it makes defending the 2nd ball scary / more difficult to deal with! Then also getting out of a pressured situation becomes quite frantic as you lose that way of getting out / a forward option to pass to.

Tbh I never thought he was particularly great when at us. Thought he was a good athlete and worked really hard, but lacked the technical skills and passing ability required. But he was really good tonight and their best player.
