Nobody is saying the decision is made solely on this, just that it has a subtle influence on the thought process.

Don't think anybody has ever claimed this? But clearly part of the decision will be made on prevailing fan opinion, and looking on forums is the easiest way to gague that - why would you hold endless focus groups where people are biased when you can see their honest opinions with little to no...

When we say its nonsense are we saying that: A) Nobody from the club looks at the forum at all, so it can't have any impact Or B) Staff within the club do look on here but completely disregard everything they read ?

As others have said, for a significant inversion ankle sprain like this you are talking 4-6 weeks ish. All still images of ankle sprains look worse than they are tbf, so doesn't necessarily mean its a really bad one. He did also look in a lot of pain but that isn't a great predictor of injury...

As has been said previously and laughed at plenty: The club will be using forums like this to gauge fan opinion. Posts like the above would have contributed to the decision to sack MR in a small way.
