Transfer Rumour 25/26 Summer Transfer Window

Wasn’t it Hulls keeper who was awesome against us? None the less - this CB sounds very promising!

    Calum Davenport

Could have been a top talent. Remember reading that he had a horrific attack on him that ended his already dwindling career (unless I’ve imagined it!)

Looked equally as good as MVE to me so far - great purchase

    Championship thread 25/26!

One thing we can guarantee is Wrexham win at our place. It’s what Welsh clubs do at our place! (Not looked at stats but from memory games against Swansea / Cardiff / Wrexham being frustrating!)

    Congratulations England women

Football’s football. Some of the insecure comments make me laugh. Anyone mentioning the standard I suppose will be wondering off to support Liverpool, PSG, or Madrid next season then - certainly a better level than the Cov men’s team.

    Transfer Rumour Emil Riis

I’ve always been concerned when he’s faced us - which means he’d be a decent signing for me 👍

Roy Wegerle - classy John Aloisi - underrated John Hartson - was immense in his short spell

    The morning after...

Come on Rob - you posted on here you were defo going to lose! Have some respect and understand the fans are hurting and when you watch the game it wasn’t a pure tactical masterclass - you also needed some luck. good luck in the final - but you too need to find some humility!

Match Thread Sunderland - Coventry City Match Thread - Tuesday 13th May

The entitlement of some of our fans is amazing- expecting King to dip in his pockets. Sell and recycle. Hate today it but if we get a massive bid for Rudoni you sell and reinvest - we’re Cov not PSG.

Match Thread Coventry v Sunderland Championship Playoff 1st Leg Friday 9th May

Completely agree. Just got back feel flat. Way too safe going forward and felt like the risky choices were in defence. Thomas trying for offside for the 1st and MVE not looking for the 2nd - incredibly frustrating.

    Peter Reid

Me too - nice bloke. It’s a standard thing lots of people say about clubs with big crowds/grounds. No biggy.

Newcastle Fan Asking for Your opinions on The Premier League

Good point - hadn’t considered the cap between leagues internationally. I defo like the much stricter smaller squad size idea.

Salary cap is defo the way forward. FFP is a problem which gives the biggest clubs a perpetual advantage to spent more money each season - club ambition is this not allowed for smaller teams. I get why it was put in place, but think the pay cap is the better model.

    Greetings from New US Supporter

My local team Harborough. I run my daughters u13s team there also. But the 1st team is doing wonders the last few years - awesome alongside supporting Cov. (And Rugby Town!)
