Reminder. Robins left the new manager with a mess of a squad, low on quality, low on confidence and in a really poor league position. It's time to move on. Give the new manager some time to understand the squad and how to optimise it and add to it.

The bottom line is we we have quantity but very little quality (probably only Wright and he's patchy). We need to balance out the squad and buy a couple of quality players who can make a real difference. Easier said than done especially when most the money has been (poorly) spent.

They really weren't very good at all. They were bang average and we gave them way too much respect.

If you set this team up to defend and slow the game down they just can't get out of that negative mindset. They get stuck in 2nd gear. We have to set up to routinely attack teams it's the only way to wake the fookers up.

We can't defend and have a squad full of attackers. How about playing with tempo and attacking teams?

Burnley have been absolutely average. It's just disappointing we didn't have a go at them at all.

We do need to see some real impact from Simms as a sub in positions like this.
