Potential summer signings from the Championship

Don't know Davis. The rest are out of our reach, (price and wages wise), whilst we are in the Championship, but could do a job in the Prem. Monga a bit of a gamble on his ultimate development, although he does look good.

    Injury Updates

Looks like the International call ups have not been kind to us. Haji came back injured and looked poor after the first break. Asante looked tired by his standards and pulled up with the hamstring problem. In his case, you cannot necessarily blame the break for the injury, but the timing makes...

Martyn waghorn interview , talks about his dislike for adi and robins

Stoke do have a lot of money, with rich owners who are prepared to spend. I expect them to buy in January. Robins does have a tendency to defend first when he is worried about the opposition. Thomas was very deep against us, yet is usually way up the pitch when playing lesser teams. It was the...

    25/26 FA Cup

Depends on squad fitness, who we draw and who we buy in January. Reckon Wilson or Dovin if fit are the only certain starters.

Definitely Thomas didn't mean the first one, and the third one is debateable, although he may have thought the goalie is so shit I will give it a try.

Martyn waghorn interview , talks about his dislike for adi and robins

That was my take on it. That immediately puts other players at risk. Can see why an experienced striker could have been perfect to bring on our young players. Says he didn't want to come and that was reflected in his performances which were really poor. Two goal, one a pen. When players fall...

    Lampard

Despite my concerns when he was appointed, he has proved to be a great manager for us. The players clearly love him and that is half the battle. Big shout out to Edwards and the rest of the coaching staff that have also been crucial to our success. Very noticeable that before changes are made...

Interesting contrast between Adi and Robin's tactics against us. Stoke keep it tight, Boro go for it (even before our two goals). Almost like the Man U match. Robin's first half, Adi's the second. Last statement is tongue in cheek. Think they complemented each other.

They did have injuries to key players at the back with a winger (who mis-controlled the ball to Bobby) on the left.

Possession used to be more important when there were a few subs allowed. You could tire players out. Less important now.

As much as Whittaker irritates me, (for no other reason than he scored against us at Plymouth), that was a class strike, as was the brilliant save he forced from Rushworth.
