Fully agree, Shaws the player Mcpake wants to be. Would love to see him back here coaching with carsley. Why would he though with the success he's having at millwall!

poor mcpake, he has bags of skill and potential, but also seems to hav the body of an anemic school girl.... I say cut him loose, we don't need a "senior" player who can't look at a ball without getting injured..

He has the right attributes, technically for sure, but mentally he has a more defensive mind set, therefore if u played him at the top of the diamond he would naturally drift back. Pure speculation on my behalf, but its what I think wud happen.

Things will change for our academy now due to a new ruling voted in yesterday, making it easier for premier league clubs to rob our kids for nothing.. if u thought tribunal decisions were bad wait till this is in full swing...
