    Well, Well....

Not me mate, ur basically saying the council should use bully tactics that u have criticized sisu for using. Even though I agree with wat sisu are trying to do I don't agree with how they have gone about it and wouldn't condone it.

    Well, Well....

Fully agree with ur statement. Match day revenue and a lower rent are crucial if the club is to survive.

    Well, Well....

Just by comparisons to other teams rent u can tell ours is OTT.. simples.

    Well, Well....

That's why I wrote my ladt post as I didn't make my self clear. I don't believe the council should directly subsidize sisu, but a 100% match day revenue, and 400 grand rent. Yes they shud, no dought in my mind. Council refusing match day revenue is in fact ridiculous as the people spending their...

    Well, Well....

I believe they do hav an obligation to the club, which in turn helps local businesses, jobs etc in the city. All goes hand in hand, take the club away and many will suffer, and not just the fans..

    Well, Well....

Look at the previous years profit and renegotiate the rent suitable to the income made. Edit. Wen the pub trade started dropping after the smoking ban, the pub I ran, did exactly this wen we couldn't afford to pay the given rates anymore and even struck off some of the money we owed. Keeping...

    Well, Well....

I really do find it funny that ppl bang on about obligations to the tax payer, wen in truth the club going is the worst possible out come for the city. Businesses, jobs, trade will all diminish, but apparently that won't affect the tax payer.

    Well, Well....

I deleted my post while editing it (doh!). So here it is again, plus the edit. When the club is gone the council will realise how much money away fans bring to pubs and local businesses, people from outside the city coming in and spending their money here.. all the trade around match days in...

    Well, Well....

Regards of the mistakes made by sisu, no matter who owned the club, the council hav seen the club as a cash cow and are milking it dry. Can't see us having a club much longer, and I'm sure the council will happily let it go under as long as there is one more pay cheque...
