Bidwell is naturally a LB rather than a LWB, he's on high wages, and doesn't offer the attacking outlet that Maatsen did. If MR gets the chance to pick up a pacey LWB for less wages with a potential future sell on fee, then i guess it makes sence.

We don't have much luck with injuries to key players. Let's hope it's nothing serious. Calf injury apparently, left the stadium in a protective boot. Hopefully just a couple of weeks.

He was up there with Hamer for motm today, not that that's saying much after a drab performance. But he has improved a hell of a lot over the course of the season, and is worthy of the new contact, even if he's likely to be on the bench if we bring a new keeper in.

Maybe people are finally realising that he isn't a very good player.

We need to sub Godden at half time to bolster midfield.

In my mind it's either Godden OR Palmer, not both. Maybe they'll get 45 minutes each. Palmer is the guy in form when it comes to goals scored in their last few appearances. As for Allen I'd sooner see Eccles partnering Sheaf and Hamer given a slightly more forward roll. And Allen on the bench.
