    I'm not a great fan of heights, so the cable car didn't look too enticing. Did a walking tour on the apartheid era instead - very interesting.

    None. He was interviewed in the lounges before the game on Saturday and said that it was the manager's decision that he wasn't in the squad. Said all the usual about working hard in training to get back in etc etc.

    Baker was in the lounges before the game. Said the Indian season finishes in March unless they get into their version of the play offs which go on until May. Said he'd like to come back here after India.

    Yep, we were at Villa Park on Boxing Day - the game that Graham Oakey got injured in. Imagine current Premier League managers if they had to play two games in two days!

    Yes, some of the football in 77/78 was exhilarating. Some great games - Man City 4-2, Chelsea 5-1, Wolves 4-0, QPR 4-1, Birmingham 4-0 and of course Norwich 5-4 (which wasn't on bloody Boxing Day!!!).
