    Mark Meets Joy

I know it's clickbait but I want to know what this story is on Hitler's niece. Is it that she's living in Coventry? Or holding a rally? Is it a revelation about Joy? I need to know!

The Premier league is absolutely garbage

Cheaper garbage that isn't being marketed as the most amazing and exciting thing on the planet.

Greta Thunberg / Climate Change Summit

My main issue is that all she seems to do is go around being angry at adults for breaking the planet. I've never heard her put forward any potential solutions. The people doing that are in labs etc trying to actually come up with solutions. She just seems to be having a well-publicised tantrum...

    Flat Earth

Someone told me they were being poisoned with Senakot once, but they were full of shit.

That's clearly a load of shit. I wouldn't wipe my arse with a paper that printed such rubbish. The Russian woman however probably would.

    Coronavirus

That's the point. We all know it'll recover over time. So rather than just chill the fuck out and accept that is what happens long term (because it always does) there's knee jerk reactions and attempts for short term profiteering as you point out.

    Coronavirus

Then tell the actual markets to calm the fuck down then - only people who can cause this kind of movement are the traders doing their usual knee-jerk reaction.

    Coronavirus

The point was they didn't say to ignore because it was scaremongering, they said ignore it to 'calm the markets' (although how exactly the general pubic ignoring it will do so I don't know - perhaps the people they should tell to ignore it are the traders)

    Coronavirus

I see the White House is using the virus as another means to have a go at the media. I think it is being sensationalised a bit but it is important. They want people to ignore the media. Why? Because it's scaremongering and nothing to worry about? No. To 'calm the markets'. Ah yes, who cares...

    Coach to Ipswich

He was doing a coach but with all the rain he's had to change it to a boat. Luckily its free drinks though (as long as you put your head over the side into the water)

Greta Thunberg / Climate Change Summit

Not saying it isn't, just the choice to use that phrase when we're getting record rainfall didn't seem appropriate. Did she actually say anything about WHAT the plan is to combat it, or was it just the usual be angry at older people for it?

    Transfer Rumour Aaron Evans-Harriott signs

I think they're letting his contract run down and he wants his main CB's to be getting more meaningful games on loan. So he's filling in and they don't think the academy players are ready/able to step up. He'll be released in the summer.

Poor choice of words by Greta saying she won't stand by while the worlds on fire when she's in a region massively affected by flooding at the moment,

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

This is all hypothetical from me but high deaths in youngsters are usually due to them not having yet built up a natural resistance/antibodies leaving them susceptible. With this being so new even adults don't have that natural resistance so it's a more even playing field. Possibility also that...

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Sunderland Match Thread - Sunday 1st Mar

MR has got a bit 'lucky' with his injuries hasn't he? L2 the injury to Jones resulted in a formation changed that saw us improve massively, this time the injury to Jobello saw the change to 3-4-2-1. Of course he still deserves credit for picking an effective new system.

    Now or then?

Willis has the speed to recover from errors, McFadzean is taller and probably a bit stronger. McFadzean is the organiser of the back line, but Willis was captain while he was here. Willis is also be younger but does seem to get recurrent injuries from time to time. It's a close run thing but as...

    Sunderland fans crying "again"

Dunno how people find the time to trawl through other teams forums. Just reading this one takes up far more of my time than is healthy.
