I don't think I am. I am saying that is why there is no such thing as total free speech. Surely total free speech is being allowed to say anything freely. As soon as you put caveats on what people can and cannot say, that's not total free speech then is it?

It is a minefield and I am sure we all have our own take in exactly what we find offensive and what we don't, that's why there needs to be some kind of regulation in place.
