I can just see us being the team to get a red card after they've got so many yellows and their keeper was arguably lucky.

Time to think about some changes I think. Biamou up front? Kelly in the middle?

How come Dabo isn't suspended? Thought he picked up his 5th booking last week? Or was one of them in the FLT?

We could really do with an early goal in this game. Not sure we'll get it though.

By playing in the first team? It's only Baka that has come in, and that looks enforced through injury.

Really thought Kelly would've been back in for this. But I guess we did totally dominate the last game so I guess MR doesn't think the issue is in midfield or defence. Wonder what injury Godden has got? Maybe Kasta got him on one of the water slides?

I think the reason the Ireland stuff was agreed in days is because this plan is largely the original plan that was put forward before the backstop. Much of the groundwork on it was already there.

SBT vote on the Boris Johnson withdrawal agreement.....

But those are choices we made, not been forced upon us. Plus we have a number of vetos which give/gave us a great deal of weight in decision making,

He seems to be concentrating more on the political side than anything recently. Obviously loves performing though.

Yeah. He was an actor but he could really steal a scene and he did rely on the crude. Having said that some of the asides between him and Ade Edmondson in the first Bottom Live I found extremely funny, but they became extremely repetitive. Tim Minchin has some really funny songs but never...

In the past I really enjoyed Jasper Carrott. Dara O'Briain has some excellent routines (maybe because I relate to it quite well) and is good with audience interaction but my god he talks fast and it can be hard to keep up. Sarah Millican is a really good performer and can make even big spaces...

Yep. Somehow we need to get off this total obsession with economic performance and growth. News channels and outlets will cover inflation rates, interest rate changes, growth rates and how they compare to forecasts and go nuts over potential negative growth and will it result in recession. Even...

Think it'll be very tight, but when push comes to shove most MP's bottle it and vote with the whip regardless of what they've said before. Far too concerned about their own political career.

Translated: Big difference is that Paul Merton has actually been a professional improv comic for nearly 40 years. He has done one (not very) stand-up show in over 20 years. Don't recall seeing Paul Telfer competing for the Claret Jug..... does Paul Telfer claim to be more of a professional...

Not much of one (certainly in the short term) Future trade deals will reduce the impact but IMO will not fill the gap entirely. However, when new deals are signed leavers will post them and say "see, told you so" without factoring in the difference between that deal and any deal we could have...
