    Fans back in !!! kinda

So you realise that in order to try and keep some sort of containment on the virus things have to close. But on the other hand you can't close everything because people will have no work/income. So how do you choose which to close and which to keep open? Those that employ the most people. Pubs...

    Question of sport trio axed.

As a whole organisation it would make sense that having a diverse workforce would give a greater range of experiences etc to draw from when making decisions and coming up with ideas. Operationally it may be a bit more difficult due to language/cultural barriers etc.

    Shankland

Celtic/Rangers may not have been interested because he was playing SLC. They tend to prefer to sign the strikers from rivals in the SPL just to fuck them over and make them less competitive against them.

Like Cummings and his dad for example? Once again denying blame and pushing it back onto the public. Pretty much the entire scientific community says tracking and tracing is the most important thing but blaming it for being poor would look bad on his mates who he's given the contracts to, not...

    Shankland

To be fair most of those SPL games were when he was 19/20. The following seasons he went out on loan to the Championship, although you could argue if they were sending him out on loan they clearly didn't think he was capable of that level even at 22. This is his first season back playing SPL in...

I was comparing the playing style. I specifically said he was a better, more experienced version.

Which is wrong. I support 'blind' CV's. But this is a different situation. If you're employing someone in a factory/office you've got no idea what those candidates are like as you'll likely never have met them. Nowadays you could ask for social media accounts and do a bit of background but on...

    Question of sport trio axed.

Imagine you're an employer, esp someone as high profile and supposedly left wing as the BBC. There is a big issue about minorities not being given enough opportunities, esp in prominent or authority positions. You have two candidates that are professionally equal but one would help fulfil that...

I get annoyed with that but even more so at the term Touchdown when it seems the only thing they don't have to do is touch the ball down.

    Match Thread Barnsley Match Thread

When I say less of an attacking threat I mean in terms of conceding. If he thinks you're less likely to put your chances away he's probably more willing to concede those opportunities in favour of having a better attacking option of our own creating chances for us rather than trying to negate...

    Fans back in !!! kinda

I get the argument in allowing some things that would appear a greater risk than football crowds to remain open instead. I'm not agreeing with that stance. If it were me and this was brought up I'd be inclined to shut the pubs rather than let fans in the football. But has been pointed out these...

    Question of sport trio axed.

Not what I said at all. I said that qualifications/experience will be the main factor. IF all those factors are the same then her being female and black could be an advantage due to wanting to promote a more diverse set-up, especially in prominent and important roles where they've been...

We're now back up to L4 yet when that scale was brought in and what measures would and wouldn't be allowed at each stage none of it is being followed. Pubs and restaurants were initially not supposed to be opened until L1 yet were opened at L2. Now we're level 4 and they're still not being shut...

If the vaccine makes it so that there is less likelihood of a severe reaction, esp in the vulnerable then that would be a step forward and you'd assume they'd be the first on the list to be given it. The ability of this vaccine should, IMO, be heavily weighted towards it's ability to protect...

It could be they look at the type of damage caused/symptoms and recognise it as being irreparable. I agree with the liver that must be harder to know given it's regenerative abilities, but even if over time a person can alleviate the issues it's quite common for the actual damage to remain to a...

But they aren't the ones likely to be flouting the rules and causing the spread in the first place. Say someone responsible was in a pub and later finds out they test positive, report it and they were able to track people from the places they'd visited and thus where those people had been etc...

But it shows just how short-sighted and unable to see future consequences they are, or at least how much they're willing to ignore them because the economy is more important to them than the citizens. Spent weeks pretty much demanding return to offices, now it's back to WFH where possible. It...
