What's the traffic on the journey likely to be for this? Looks like a chunk of the way is on the M25 which isn't good normally is it?

My fastest 5k is 21:11 but that wasn't at an organised park run or anything. I think ill get Cov Half out of the way and then see how fast i can do a 5k and 10k with some focused effort on that. Im also mid thirties and have been running regularly (as in 2 or 3 times a week) for around a year now

Over 4,000 for this game is pretty darn good. I'm really not sure what i think the result will be which is down to how impressive we have been of late (to be seeing this as a close match when away at a higher league opposition).

I dont think even co-ownership is on offer to be honest. Wasps seem happy to try and starve SISU out by distressing the club and i struggle to see what will change unless the EC complaint is dealt with in some way.

There must have been a plan that they thought would get him scoring but alot of the time he was very deep and not in position to be said fox in the box. I think he's decent, just wasn't suited to us.
