As I've also said before (but didn't this time), game becomes two halves of 30 minutes.

The saying is 'look after the pennies and the pounds will take care of themselves' Unfortunately this government is 'look after the pounds and leave the pennies to fend for themselves'

‘The best team we’ve played this season’

Uncertainty too. Chances are with our budget we'd be having to take a bit of a chance on someone and you can never be sure how that's going to go. It was that which ultimately led to our PL relegation. Eventually we got one wrong with Bellamy and we were stuffed.

‘The best team we’ve played this season’

It does feel like a missed opportunity, considering we signed Bright instead. The we'd probably have had Shipley, Allen and Jones leave in the summer to free up wages for a single decent replacement for them all.

Said it many times before and will keep on saying it. Time keeping official and stopping the clock while the ball is out of play. Only solution that is ever going to work.

    Refereeing

This is the problem. We have pundits saying how the laws aren't followed properly, how bad it is that players surround refs etc., then when a ref actually upholds the law they're castigated for being harsh or over-zealous and card happy. If these people actually want the game to improve in...

I reckon he took the punt on that as he was getting booked for the first offence he could probably get away with a second foul without getting a yellow for it as long as it wasn't horrendous. He was wrong. Correct decision.

"The Animal Welfare (Sentencing) Act 2021 increases the maximum sentencing under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 from six months to five years for cruelty and fighting offences." So, yes, with a criminal conviction and being in prison people do lose their income.

No, they'll be paying for the gold-plated fixtures of the private company's boss' home instead givn the increase in cost of hiring private. Fuck binmen being able to take care of themselves in their later years. Let's get that money to the people that really need it - business owners.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

The people in charge didn't though. That's why they're asking the people that kept on saying "we know what we voted for" what on earth the point of all this was.

If he had zero influence on the signings why are you having him as having total influence over the players sold? He's either involved in transfers or he's not, so he either takes the credit/flak for all of them or none of them.

Would be interesting to know what those people that got together during lockdown actually got fined for, seeing as the police don't police parties. Not to mention raids on raves or those that have had visits by the police to keep the noise down. It's worrying, because it's clearly nothing more...

Most likely to go is Hamer, but with only a year left not likely to get a huge amount for him. Maybe enough to fund a replacement, maybe two, but think one of O'Hare and Vik could also be on the way out. If we could get someone like Twine is as a replacement, I'd reluctantly let O'Hare go for...

My exact thought when he was given the job. I reckon his first big move will be massive deregulation of the banking sector.

Even if we ignore the condescending nature of the remarks... Even if we ignore that he's totally wrong, as public opinion seems to show people do care about the parties... Even if we ignore the fact that the people least likely to live in 'the real world' are MP's, especially those in the Tory...
