Bloody hell that's quite the injury list! I struggled at 8 miles, its just as you exit those back lanes onto the Tamworth rd and i knew i was in massive trouble having gone too faat early on. Took every ounce of will i had to get to the finish from there so im hoping for a better run this time!

Is anyone running Cov half this year? Ran 11 miles for my long run today, hoping to do the full distance for the next 3 weekends now before tapering down ahead of the day. Feels like forever since my 1st attempt in 2019 but im pretty confident ill be able to improve on my time from that day.
