Who cares who organised who we play?! It seems to me, we're playing two good sides...probably better standard than who we would've played if we stayed in the British Isles. Yes it would've seemed better/logical is SP would've arranged them but I suspect he might have had some input...certainly...

Leon Clarke going back to Scunthorpe

I know it doesn't sound great but I'm kind of glad he's heading that way (if true). He was great for us with Wilson. Could've been a bigger hero for us but he decided to chase the bigger bucks despite SP working well with him and getting the best out of him. Now he's heading back to Scunthorpe...

    The March Thread

Good work to all involved. I couldn't be there as I've been travelling to the US today but whilst at Gatwick this morning, I was tweeting the hell out of the event...re-tweeting and favouriting many tweets. I even had the most retweets ever on one tweet (only 12 but at least it was getting...

7,000 up on last years 6,000 (although I thought last years was 12,000 for some reason).

    We need strikers!!

Yeah, I agree with that KoK. We had plenty of goals from midfield last season, especially from Moussa so with him going, we need to be more reliant on those 'up top'. WM

No one's defending SISU you plank....I'm commending SP and SW on a good bit of business....£3m and some players coming our way...not a good bit of business? Think about it on its merits....regardless of the situation. As for not having heard of the players.....fair comment. I had never heard...

Fair points SK...for me, it's just good to have some players coming in for a change when many were wetting their pants. That's all. WM

For a 19 yr old, you do your club proud young man. Great review and we look forward to seeing him play. WM PS. I've always favoured the blue and white side of the steel city over the red ;)

    Barnsley supporter here (again)..

Yeah, despite the inevitable differences and the occasional playground tiff, we're a good bunch, especially when compared to others. And listen, if your lot ever end up in court in a legal dispute, get your arse back here. We know more about legalities of football (more than our owners and the...
