Such a stupid choice. Had a good game last time, just getting his confidence back. So let's shove him to RWB where it stifles our play and will send his confidence backwards. When we've got an actual RWB sitting on the bench.

At some point Sheaf off for Hamer because of the yellow, Palmer on for Godden. Might stick Kane on for Dabo and Waghorn on for Allen too.

Fucks sake. They get a booking for an awful challenge. Two minutes later we've got two bookings.

Was just going to give it a like but you can't like ballboys being pulled off without getting a reputation

    U21 v Burnley

Had a day off yesterday so popped along. Glorious weather. Good to see Cal play and seemed to be moving freely which is good. As for the game, I think they just about deserved the win and there didn't really seem to be anyone standing out ready to be picked for the first team. Our attackers...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Surely it's obviouls she's no longer n control if her new Chancellor completes undoes a mini-budget put through by the previous encumbent she picked just a couple of weeks ago. If this had happened under Labour... Also unacceptable is the pressure it has put on normal people due to the market...

Wouldn't the suspension depends on why he got sent off? If it was two yellows it'd be three wouldn't it? One for the sending off and two extra for the two previous suspensions.

It's not a 5 game suspension if he's on the bench, It's also worth reminding that we did actually win yesterday. Sheffield U are also a team very likely to use tactics that will rile Hamer and get him into trouble.

How do you know Allen and Eccles aren't tearing it up in training?

I do sort of understand,as you can show his discipline is unacceptable privately in meetings, fining him or giving him stuff to do in training that's not so nice. But I don't think anything gets that message across more than not playing in games. You drop people because they're not doing enough...

OR.... we could simplify the rule and say if you're offside when the ball's played you're offside, regardless of whether you touch the ball, an opponent touches the ball or if it hits a pigeon and deflects into your path. It's an unnecessarily convoluted rule designed to create controversy.

Would take a point. I think I'd put Hamer on the bench as a show that his discipline is not acceptable. If brought back in I'd replace Allen and get him a bit higher up the pitch, leaving Sheaf and Eccles to cover, though could also bring Palmer and go one up top.
