Personally no, because it incentivizes him to be greedy and shoot when it may be better to pass. Only bonuses I think you exist are ones that everyone in the team gets, like win bonuses. Everyone is working towards whats best for the team overall rather than maybe having their own conflicting...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I tend to agree with this - it motivates those who aren't bothered about doing the job well, just getting the pay and will just do those things that are necessary to do that, including treating other co-workers badly. This is turn demotivates those that are actually doing a better overall job...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

There is the issue of increasing life expectancy so therefore a pension would have to provide for longer and therefore need a bigger pot. But the correct response, as has been pointed out, is distribute wealth more fairly and people will be able to better provide for their old age.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

This post pretty much backs up what I wrote about people having their focus pulled away from the issue of wages consistently over a period of time not keeping up with inflation to talk about other issues like modernisation and efficiency. Even got the "unions are too pushy" in there for good...

It's a figure I'd think was acceptable, though would hope there'd be add-ons as well. Part of that fee will go to Brighton but under King I'd be more hopeful (maybe naively so) that more of the fee would get reinvested in fees and wages. If it were SISU I'd say no as I wouldn't expect to get...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I'd love it to be the case but I don't think it is. Divide and conquer and the culture war are still very much alive and conning people into thinking it's the unions being unreasonable. Obv some older people from the 70's/80's will be ingrained to believe unions are bad but even some that...

Irony being that many of Putin's actions echo Hitler's to a large degree.

You do get the 'wasteful bureaucracy' and pen-pushers line designed to be the red rag that always gets the same response - wasteful, need to be more efficient - to take away from underfunding. They rarely mention that stuff like this is what that bureaucracy does, along with letting police...

They suggested it flippantly in a "it's so horrific no-one could possibly think that's ok" You just nonchalantly went "yep, sounds perfectly acceptable to me". So even though you didn't think of it, when it was mentioned it didn't seem to cross you as something that was massively beyond the...

I'm sure you think that this makes you look like you're a righteous person wanting fair justice and punishment for some horrific crimes. But actually it comes across that you just have a sadistic bloodlust that you're looking for an acceptable reason to be able to indulge. It is possible to...

    The fight before the goal

Personally I'm almost the complete opposite. I'm absolutely furious when a bad decsion goes against us and costs us a point or three, but when we get a dodgy decision go our way I knid of feel like we're not worthy winners and the only thing that makes it palatable is knowing we've had some go...

    Emperor's New Clothes

Palmer hasn't been great, but he's been far from poor. I think 'decent' would be a fair assessment so far. He does put in effort and is willing to put in a tackle, but it is frustrating that he seems to struggle to play a full 90minutes. There are times when I feel he tries something fancy when...

    The fight before the goal

It doesn't help referees when laws like offside and handball have become so convoluted that it's almost impossible to give a 'correct' decsion because there is always an argument against heir decision. Fernandes' goal just highlights that. There are those who are arguing, fairly, that the goal...

    The fight before the goal

You'd think that assault should be more than just a lifetime ban. It should be prosecuted for the crime that it is. There seem to be some who think that they get an exception because it's football.
