    Will we stay up ?

Robins said Gyokeres was tired. Not sure what part of that you don't get? He hadn't been playing that much football at Swansea. And as for Biamou, it is obviously manageable. Otherwise he wouldn't be playing.

Not for me, BBR. Saw a lot of people predicting a Scotland win and Scotland themselves were very confident.

    Will we stay up ?

Macca, it is being ridiculed because people are saying we ARE going to be in the bottom 3. Like it is set in stone. There doesn't seem to be an ounce of doubt with some. It WILL happen. It's rightly ridiculed.

Unofficial and 100% ( honest guv) facts about Gus Hamer thread

Looking at his face, you can tell he was a cheeky little monkey as a kid, who would eat lots of his pic and mix before he got to the till to keep the weight down. He also used to trip kids up in school corridors.

I have no idea. I guess it depends how Gyokeres looks in training and how sharp he is. If he looks up for it, I would say Gyokeres, but that is just a guess. I have zero idea what is going on inside the club, same as you don't either.

Yes. But he looked a lot more lively than Gyokeres when Gyokeres came on. He looked like he was running through treacle.

We are all such experts, despite not having a clue as to some players' fitness, not seeing them in training and not having a clue if they are injured.

It is one thing that always brings a bit of a wry grin to my face. A player gets subbed and the fans say the manager is clueless, while not having the slightest idea whether that player who has just been subbed, has a bit of a knock or not, or is carrying an injury, or is just exhausted.

But Robins said Gyokeres was really tired too. He looked so leggy when he came on and way off the pace. Robins got it right.

So many England players out today though. A much depleted squad. Wasn't a surprise and many people predicted it.

Where were we going to get this magical striker from though? They are not ten a penny and are like gold dust. So many teams chasing and seeking out a good goalscorer to add to their firepower. Where were we going to magic one up from? Good ones cost money and are not given up easily by clubs.

    Meltdown thread (in advance)

Same. We competed in an equal footing with a top, top side and should have won the game. It's okay saying Watford didn't play well, but we caused them problems all day long with Hamer and O'Hare and Allen running at their defence. I was really pleased with everything apart from us not scoring...

    Referee Analysis Watford

Would have been given as a free-kick anywhere else on the pitch. At the time I thought it was just outside the penalty area.

In amongst their next four games, Birmingham have to play Sheff Weds (can't both win) and Norwich.

You have to put it in perspective. It was always going to be tough to score without both Godden AND Walker.

It's nuts. We played well in a game we were expected to lose. We gained a point in a game we were expected to lose and gained a point on both Sheff Weds and Birmingham. People were saying on here that Rotherham definitely won't go down, so their result today was irrelevant anyway. They were...
