    If .....

For someone who has been a most excellent manager for us, he doesn't half get a lot of slatings.

    If .....

Yes, very true, I think the point is that in that Huddersfield game we were literally 10 seconds away from victory. With Dabo, though you could may possibly be able to argue a similar point, penalties are a bit of a lottery And like Sick Boy just said, it wouldn't have won us the game

As I said above. It's only 10 games in. 4 midfielders injured within the first 10 games?

Yes. But all of them. All pretty much at the same time. We are only 10 games into the season. No-one could have expected that surely

True. We couldn't have expected Allen, Sheaf, Kelly and Palmer to all be injured though could we. Been a bit of an overlap of course, but all 4 have been injured in quick succession.

You are lucky they only wanted to rape the owl once. Could easily have ended up being a multiple owl rape scenario.

There's a case in point on the Mccann story, because at the time I was really distraught over the disappearance and found the whole thing depressing and saddening and if anyone had made a joke right at that time, I wouldn't have liked that or found it funny at all. I think if someone told a...

I do remember actually making up my own joke right after the Lady Diana death. I think that's the only time I have said something intended to be funny, where I knew it might well seem inappropriate. The news story was breaking following the crash in the tunnel in France and on ITV News, at...

I don't think there is any definitive answer really is there and I think timing can be crucial too. I remember the Lord Mountbatten joke back in the 70's and I also remember actually telling that joke, but I didn't tell it at the time, straight after it happened. So that is a major factor. Some...

I think just a banning would suffice. Like you say, it could be opening a tin of worms. I find both offensive, the Bradley Lowery taunt and the Philpott thing, but common sense needs to be applied.

What? Absolutely zero sympathy. It was a ridiculously scummy thing to do. Just doesn't warrant jail time though. That's an utterly ridiculous notion. A ban would suffice and he could well lose his job over it couldn't he. He's publicly shamed now. Surely that's more than enough. I don't...
