I remember that day well. I wore red socks and had hot dogs for lunch. Another ex City player in those scoring ranks there. Graham Paddon

That is definitely true. But we did on the whole seem to think that Simms was a very good signing, as was Kitching, MVE and Thomas. For whatever reason, it's taken time for some to find their feet and fit in, or it just hasn't worked out yet Simms puzzles me, because I have seen him before he...

Well said and I agree with every word of that To question things occasionally is fine, but invariably, there seems to be a new thread questioning Robins every single time we lose a game Robins has more than enough in the bank for me and deserves a chance to turn our season into a very good...

Have to trust Robins on this. For me at least anyway. I think he's a man of his word and if he thinks the energy levels were down, I believe him. I am sure he wouldn't have tinkered around with things so much otherwise. Not sure he could have kept the same team anyway. Didn't he say Sakamoto...

I wouldn't be at all surprised if he does. Is it a season long loan, or just to Jan?

I do have sympathy with Robins and the club over Hamer. He left it very late in the day before deciding to leave. I don't think Robins had time to get a decent replacement (was surely looking with great urgency) and we then got offered Ayari, who seemed to have great promise. I am guessing...

That's the worrying thing about Eccles. He has been great lately. Really impressed me when I have seen him, so it does make you wonder if he was withdrawn because of an injury. I certainly hope not. 🤞

It's entirely possible I suppose that Brighton insisted on game time. He looks well off it doesn't he. Almost like a little boy lost at times. He undoubtedly has skill, but appears a bit lightweight and disappears for long periods of matches.

I didn't follow the game at all, but have read through the threads. Lots of comments of us losing the game before we even kicked off because of Robins' team selection. I did notice though that so many have said that Sheaf had a very poor game today. Well recently he has been brilliant and...
