We are bound to lose at some point, just hope the fans don't go into melt down when that happens! Just need to show we can cope with the pressure if we do lose and continue to show the ability bounce back! Big tests to come, it will defo be interesting
O'Hare will be fine for Tuesday.
Rose isn't injured just seems like CET scaremongering to me.
And Robins has said he expects godden back in training today.
The worry is mcfadz as we will miss the experiences but in terms of playing ability Pask and Williams have showed themselves to be more...
Surprised by the high ish marks for Allen. Thought he was the weak link In midfield and his first touch was abysmal most the time. Some good bits too, but but overall though he had a poor game
I think the best thing for me today, was the fact he learnt from the Bristol mistake, there were a couple times they played the same bacll behind Fadz but they communicated a lot better, and they dealt with it. Same couldn't be said for burge!!
Yep sums it up.
Baka looked unplayable for 15 mins. Think Allen has been poor, his first touch has been pretty awful.
Bolton are there for the taking, just need to start taking control in the middle of the park.
They do indeed, and Johnson has pretty much confirmed they intend to use the option, and that Walsh is one he has kept a personal eye on throughout their loan spell. Very highly rated. No chance of us signing him imo
Yep fair point.
I personally would want to stay. There is no harm in another 12 months here. If he goes now he has a high risk of a Sambou, Bigi situation where they end up not continuing their development. He knows he is first choice here. At the minimum i would wait until summer and then...
No he wasn't. He was brought in to cover RB, with the long-term aim of CB, but in pre-season he was so impressive he was close to starting the first match until his injury.
He has played 1 game as a DM, Jamie Allen has played over 30.
This isn't football manager. Jamie Allen isnt an out and out attacking midfielder and would easily slot into a DM role and is much less of a risk
Kelly or walsh drop yes but the actual covering of the full backs is often done by Shipley and Westbrooke, who apply the pressure along with the full back. As soon as shipley/Westbrooke are there Walsh and Kelly go central, which is where Walsh was excellent yesterday because if they got out of...
Think people need to appreciate the role that Westbrooke and Shipley had to play yesterday. They were the ones running all the hard yards. They were never going to be technically better than Birminghams midfield, but they helped tire out a very fit and physical Birmingham side which is what...
