    A blast from the past

We went down because we let McAllister and Keane go at the same time. I'm not sure how much Strachan can be held responsible for that as don't know the detail, but it was suicide by the club to allow both to leave.

    And quite right too.

    Disappointed with club shop

The quality is shit though. Easily the flimsiest material we have ever had. The home shirt is much better quality.

    Signings since Pressley joined

Add in Moussa and we would win the league. I am utterly convinced of that. Those 4 would have made a huge difference.

    Matchday packages now available

Quite agree. But tell that to the people who were using ticket prices as an excuse when the reality was that most of them couldn't be arsed. Just say you can't be arsed, people!

Random players who always have a good game against us

He was a goalkeeper and to my knowledge never scored against us!

Looks like it'll be a sell-out for the Exeter game...

Oh I see. First prices were too high, now it's the wrong competition. Excuses excuses excuses.

Looks like it'll be a sell-out for the Exeter game...

But I thought ticket prices were the be all and end all? Some people seem to have very short memories on here.

    Player ratings

Agree with Fernando about Jackson's ability in the air. V.impressive for a short-ish striker.

    Top 6 finish

Points per month is of very little relevance due to the differing numbers of games played per month, you need to be thinking in terms of points per games, young man. Peterborough averaged 1.61. We, for what its worth at this early stage of the season, are on 1.50.

How can you properly judge a team that played 3/4 of the match with 10 men ffs? Ridiculous to make comparisons. Ps no sane City fan thinks we will win the league.

How old is she Tony? Thinking of taking my eldest in a year when (if - lol) she reaches 7. I am worried about her attention span as well.

    Prediction for Scunthorpe

McSheffrey has been utter pants for two years.....so he's nailed on to score. If we play like we did on Saturday I'm going 3-1 City.

    16,000 where were you?

On the face of that statement I agree. However, for so many fans to disappear within a week of our return (especially after the fuss that was made about our exile) it is a concern imo.

    16,000 where were you?

Most fans not willing to pay £22 wouldn't have paid £15. They would have used queues/web-site problems/anything apart from the fact they didn't really want to go, as an excuse. I can understand the reasons why a lot of our fans fall under the 'floating' category (lack of success etc) but I...

    Relegation Candidates

At Shitfields I think we would have struggled. Think I predicted lower mid-table. There's a feel good factor about the place now. Suspect being told a return to the Ricoh was likely played a part in convincing quality players like O'Brien and Jackson to sign.

    we're 5th. 6 undefeated!!

I think a fully fit Jackson and Nouble will tear defences apart in this league, frankly. If we had better options to replace Thomas and Clarke we would look really strong across the pitch imo.

    16,000 where were you?

It looked like 11k to me. 500 Yeovil fans in the south stand. The west and north stands were very sparse. It was only the east stand that had reasonable numbers. Great atmosphere though. Only success will bring out the fairweathers, of which we have a huge number. It just annoys me when...
