Your 4th choice CB generally isn't going to be "competing" anyway? They're mainly there in case of multiple injuries/suspensions. Lati is perfectly fine to play that role.

Doesn't really make sense to do that after spending a decent chunk on Woolf in the summer. Also there's no way Bidwell plays at CB if they're both fully fit. Lati is considerably better than him there.
