Questioned by who? There has been no criticism of him at all really. It's just a simple observation - he has missed more than a few clear cut chances in recent games, but that happens - and many of those chances he has made himself, and I am sure he will bag a hat-trick before long.

I agree, his all round play is excellent, but he can be a tad wasteful. But like someone else said in another thread, if he bags 20+ goals this season nobody will be complaining.

Thought he ran the show again today. Last week he was outstanding. Credit where it's due, his transformation this season has been huge, and he looks a lot fitter and sharper. Our style of play clearly suits him, and both he and Thomas have been the outstanding players for me this season, but...

Exactly, I think there is more to come from both him and the team. I'm not convinced this team will fall away like some seem to think - but a couple of injuries and that might all change.

Our attendances are (or rather have been) entirely consistent with our catchment area which is not nearly as big as people think it is. I'm really not sure what crowds people think we should be getting.

It is a bit. We're a category A game, but even cat B is £22. Tickets in the home end start at 15 quid though.

Nail on head. Nobody will give a toss if the ground is empty. They won't pay much attention if the cameras show a couple of fleeting shots of a few hundred people shivering on a hill. They will sit up and take notice if the game is interrupted.

Ha! That's all true. I was being a bit mischievous, Rugby is a decent game and I wish Cov well and may pop down this season. The superior attitude does really grate though.
