I think the bridges are long burned. If i was sisu I'd be breaking the NDA and disclosing evidence of London Wasp's unreasonable demands (as they put it). It looks like a war of attrition so turning as much of the Coventry public against them and therefore depriving revenue is essential.

Hasn't Hoffman learned what happens when you get hedge funds involved in football clubs. Particularly ones that are prepared to move permanently to a new home. People wonder why we were sceptical of him and his bids. Just not being sisu is not enough.

Just going to end up with a Statement by Eastwood/Richardson (and Duggins for some reason) saying that they have no interest in the club and you pick the side depending on what you already believe.

It does seem to have rattled them way more than the other cases. Asking for indemnification looks very suspicious.

Hey @better days in the last couple of days I’ve seen you mention the West Ham ruling as precedent for the Ricoh case for the EU. I didn’t want to clog up the other thread but do want to know more. What happened with them and why would the UK courts have found differently?

I imagine this is just a light one to get going. As they said yesterday, for those that struggle reading, they will be dropping them throughout the day.

Imagine the draw this could have if it was a local journalist doing the interview. Shame the vast majority have sent years working against the club whenever possible.
