I find SISU more culpable than ACL/council in this whole sorry saga. I think ACL suing Northampton was as futile as the JR. Both are expensive and doomed for failure. I am struggling to find anyone who defended ACL suing Northampton 100%. Can the OP or anyone who completely agrees with him...

To be honest I was more interested in seeing how people think it will conclude. For me it will take ACL to enter preliminary discussions with an other party. I can't see it ending in a new stadium

So is that how you see it ending, a new stadium? I personally don't believe that as the club would then need to be sold for more than 100 million for SISU to break even. That does not seem to me to be a realistic financial possibility.
