I liked the odd Wham record and I thought some of Faith and Listen Without Prejudice were pretty good at the time. Never really liked the more modern ones. I do like Freedom 90 and Cowboys and Angels, thought they were great tracks. Yes, nice to know about the good stuff. You can't imagine...

oh, I always had a soft spot for him as I said earlier in the thread, he never took himself too seriously and the way he was outed was a disgrace. These stories just make me like him more, to be honest. They're aren't many other artists they will say this about.

Richard Hammond criticised for lazy, gay, ice creamjoke

They are twats, all three of them. I really have zero interest in them or their programme. Just a publicity stunt, I would say. Cause a bit of shock and controversy and hope more people sign up to watch it. I have Prime and it is the last programme I would watch.

With all the stories coming out today about his generosity I can't help liking the fella even more. He sounds like a modern day saint. Bless him.

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

You could be equally describing CCC and SISU at some point in this sorry saga. And CCC got rid of the Ricoh out of spite.

Owning our own stadium is it really a must?

I'm sure he'll come back to you regarding that.

Yep, that could be where my cunning plan fails.

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

SO you wouldn't want the club you support to have it own home in the City and be passed on to potential new owners when SISU eventually do leave? Fair enough, I guess.

    Investment on the Horizon?

I don't know to be honest, you may be correct. I only remember it coming from Ranson.

    Investment on the Horizon?

There is no argument as no one is arguing with you, just pointing out the difference between then and now. You know what the point is, but to save face you wont acknowledge it, which is fair enough. It's not rocket science.

Match Thread Bristol R v Coventry Match Thread - Monday 26th Dec

THe analogy is sound. Peterborough for example have made a fortune from raiding the lower leagues and we should be doing the same. The gems are there.

    Investment on the Horizon?

Yes, I think that was one of Ranson's Follys.

    Investment on the Horizon?

Oh come on, have the grace to listen to what people are telling you. No one is having a "go", they are simply explaining the differences.

    Investment on the Horizon?

No, the "new thing" is we are now truly on our own. In the past SISU would put their hand in their pocket, but no longer, so we really do have to break even now.

    Investment on the Horizon?

Don't really understand what your point is. What has that got to do with fans attending football matches. He's having a go at someone, I'm not his keeper. You'll have noticed no one commented on your decision to stop attending but you don't extend that courtesy to those that choose to still...

    Investment on the Horizon?

Yes it is divisive. You are saying anyone that goes to see the club they support is lickng up to the owners. You've made your decision and let others make theirs. There are many luke you who try and stamp their POV on others and it is wrong and shouldn't happen. The bit i didn't quote was...
