Never had an answer yet.
Will keep asking, CWR,MP's, CET,FL
Until I do.
FL believed a new stadium will be built
If this question can't be answered then it won't be built.
I can't ask SISU as the promised fans forum has not happened.
However one of those options has been believed plausible by the FL. Hence why we are in Northampton. If it is not realistic then this needs to be exposed.
Simon thanks for taking the time to answer.
I think that particular question needs to be explored in some actual detail though.
The FL have allowed us to move to Northampton as a new stadium will be built.
MP's are starting to look at our situation.
Just saying we will also get promotion...
Stu for some reason that post never appeared for me.
So the offer of the good and beverages that was not controlled by compass (approximate 80%)
Was just an offer to include it in FFP figures?
So which scenario has a better future for CCFC
400k rent on a sliding scale

Would those additional revenues (on top of what additional revenue that was offered in the Ricoh deal) surpass the additional costs of building a new stadium?
We are currently losing 7 million a year.
We will need to raise another 20 million (SISU's conservative estimate) to build the stadium.
How is this stadium going to suddenly make us earn about 4 million a year profit (thats iif you want to clear the debt in 20 years)?
Bizzare to say the least.
How can we believe a new stadium will be built when this is not explained
How will the investors get a return?
45 million + 20 million = 65
+ loses over building time (10 million)
Can you sell the club and stadium for 75 million?
If it is over the long term via profits how can you wipe out...
I don't think anyone even mentioned the fact we were playing in Northampton when we won. I only found out we were there a few weeks ago.
On the button as always Fernando
Still think it was always going to happen with our tiny squad playing and training at the high intensity we do.
Every player who joins comments on the shock at the high intensity training.
I am not criticising it. It is a good thing but you need a decent squad to maintain it.
We have a decent...
I would say no bottle but he is completely detached from reality.
From what I hear about Sixfields he is hardly getting an exposure to the genuine anger felt from most Cov fans.
Overtime he has probably became complacent. The anger some feel to the decisions he has put his face to is actually...
I would suggest a lack of understanding about the frustration he has caused to Coventry fans firstly through the poor decision making. Secondly by not explaining satisfactorily the rationale behind the poor decisions.
To walk into such pub really shows a complete lack of understanding at how...
