Googling it it looks like the first one was Bryan Adams 2005. So if it is correct they only do them over a few months (say 4 months) 9 years, so 36 months If they have done 12 concerts then its a concert every three months. (That's if it is correct they only do them over the summer months...

I was wondering this the other day. You would have thought they would have been going all out to secure concerts. I don't think they can be restrained in this instance. Maybe they have made a conscious decision to wait till after the JR due to potential clashes with other potential anchor...

Again for me the most important thing is as many Cov fans as possible can get to it. A boundary line means nothing really to me. But it would really annoy me if it was an inferior ground and harder to get to than the Ricoh. Also as I say left us with unnecessary additional debt far higher...
