    Well, for the last few months we've done our shopping at Lidl. We pass one in Brum on the way back from my consultant appointments on a Friday. We can do a full weekly shop for under £50. Hardly ever go to the big supermarkets anymore unless we have to.

    Funnily enough we're here today just to walk around. First time I've been in the centre for months. Does look a bit rough and there are some nightmares walking around, but you get that everywhere. Only saw one beggar outside Poundland.

    I'm not a country fan but I adore Glen Campbell especially his stuff with Jimmy Webb but the Brian Wilson song, Guess I'm Dumb is my favourite by him. Recorded around the same time as Pet Sounds.

    There were a lot of.police keeping loads of kiddies corralled by the Arena shops. They arrested one lad as we were walking by and threatening to arrest a couple more who were mouthing off. They also stopped another lot going under the underpass too.

    It did. Bloody brilliant day. Even though I did have to queue for 40 mins for my season tickets. It seems the lady was right we did have new STs even though we didn't move. All the others around me have gone though. None of them renewed.
