Considering it seems they agreed a HOT's for somewhere between 4-5 million. I don't believe I have. I would like them to get their money back because they are a charity who helped us out. I would like them to get back what they invested at least.

Sounds like Higgs wanted to threaten action then settle out of court. Whereas maybe SISU wanted the court action on the highest stage so the explosive emails were released. That such emails would panic the council into backing down. Yet the judge thought very little of said explosive emails...

Seen as a lot of people here have now admitted playing slightly out of your border is not a big deal. If I had that kind of money I would buy ACL as a whole for 20 million including the loan. I would buy Nuneaton Town and its stadium. I would sell the stadium to property developers hopefully...

I think moving our football club 35 miles away increasing your loses. Threatening to build a new stadium. Then refusing to return temporarily whilst you build said stadium ( helping you lose less money) Is pretty absurd to be fair.
