How does that work, does it spread the value over the length of the contract? If so a good idea on paper but in practice aren't they going to end up potentially with a load of dross on big contracts that they can't shift?

They said on the radio today that it was actually 43 minutes which explains why I found the game so annoying to watch. It was like us vs Brum at home last year where they were wasting time from minute 1. I have no idea how the referee can't see it for what it is and stamp it out
