Can't comment on the hands in the air thing, but he put in a huge shift today. Formation looked almost like 4-1-4-1 at times, putting a lot of responsibility on him, and he looked exhausted in the last 15 or 20 mins.
Yeah he's not really an old fashioned target man. Likes realistic balls to chase and go marauding, or pulled back from the byeline for close range finishes. He's not getting either, but will probably go on another scoring spree when he does.
