I would keep Bassette to be honest. Send him out on loan to a L1 side and see how he gets on. I really like Wright, but he can't carrying being this inconsistent. It's damaging to the team and if Simms is hardly scoring at all, he is a burden to us as well. Can we afford to lose all 3 though...
