I suspect it's because it's hard to believe that Frank would have kept picking a seriously unfit player. For all the criticism of Simms on here, surely we'd have stood more chance of making the final if he'd played. Haji looks on fire now and I bloody love the guy, but he did virtually nothing...

Surely that's a huge misrepresentation - if we've got (say) a 250 year lease, how much rent are we paying? Maybe there's a ground rent or something, but that's not at all the same as paying rent to Frasers.

Got no axe to grind here, but although you decided after a few weeks that he was a poor player, he scored plenty of goals, and put in some great performances, especially in the cup against top opposition. He can certainly be frustrating, but I think it would be very hard to find a better backup...

People were posting donkey pictures after a couple of weeks! And the same for Haji, with some vile language chucked in too 🤷‍♂️ 😡 Don't underestimate how quickly people can jump on players, or how bad the misjudgements can be.
